Memoryscape - 2D Pixel Art RPG Game

“MemoryScape” is a psychological horror 2D Pixel RPG game, exploring the minds of patients who are avoiding their childhood trauma reveals that they often have difficulties in daily life.
Players take on the role of a doctor who uses a futuristic device that allows the player to jump inside a patient's memories.

The goal for this game is to solve puzzles, fight enemies and identify the solutions to heal patients.
My Research Question is "How can home objects within a game evoke uncanniness /fear through using lowkey lighting in pixel art style?"
